  • 1.  General Question - Use of Department field in login window.

    What is the use of the Department field in the login window.  We can still login without giving any value in it, also where can we see the User and it's related department values in DB.
    I've got AUSR_NameDept from AUSR table, is this the right one?

    If your company hires someone else also called Reddy Bharathkumar who insists on the same Automic user name, you'll understand :)

    (Kidding aside, it's usually used whenever you have multiple people with the same name. Take me, for example: My last name is shared by (guesstimate) every tenth person in the region I come from, so ... ;) )
