Question:
MRT Else process sometimes did not trigger, even the MRT has been exceed some secs.
Answer:
Automation Engine is actually not real time engine.
Basically, all time-based actions are triggered by a so-called Timer transaction that is executed every 20 seconds.
So, if the exceed time is smaller than 20 seconds, there is a chance that AE has not detected it.
