QUESTION:
Why do I see this message when starting an agent even my CP Port is correctly configured?
i.e. Windows Agent
20180209/080712.386 - U02000072 Connection to system 'UC4_TEST' initiated.
20180209/080712.396 - U02000011 Connection to Server '1.1.1.1(my.system.at):3217' initiated.
20180209/080712.398 - U02000019 The Server answers from system 'XX_TEST'. Disconnecting again.
20180209/080712.399 - U02000074 Connecting to system 'UC4_TEST' is not possible.
20180209/080712.399 - U02000355 CP selection has been finished but no suitable CP was found. Next reconnect after '60' seconds.
ANSWER:
If you read the error message you will see that the Agent tries to connect to the System "UC4_TEST".
BUT another System is responding -> "XX_TEST"
SOLUTION:
This is caused by a wrong SYSTEMNAME in the Agent`s INI file.
The name must match the SYSTEMNAME in the UCSRV.ini of the Automation Engine.
