    Hello,

One of our Linux Admins installed the CAPKI and upgraded the agent and service manager.
When he tried to query the agent details, he got the following messages:

Do you have any experience or solution on this issue?

    root@xxxxxxxxxx(Si):/opt/automic/smgr/temp $ /opt/automic/smgr/bin/ucybsmcl -c GET_PROCESS_LIST -h $(hostname):nnnnn -n UC4AE12

Warning: Service Manager communication could not be established in secure mode!

Outdated Service Manager in use or Service Manager with missing CAPKI installation.

    Hi,
it seems capki is not installed correctly. Can you take a look in your SMGR Log File, if you have CAPKI installed correctly you have to find this message

    U0022071 CAPKI LIbrary available.

We're seeing the same error, most processes start up correctly, some seem not to come up. It seems that ServiceManager is over worked, throwing those errors.
