Certificate issues since Upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2

Hi all,
Yesterday we attempted to upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2 but have run into a show stopper issue.

We are getting this message in multiple places (Kerberos SSO, Adding Objects to Workflows etc.)

javax.net.ssl.SSLPeerUnverifiedException: Certificate for <xsj-dvapwla01> doesn't match any of the subject alternative names: []

java.lang.RuntimeException

Although we use aliases, we believe that we have these setup correctly. (see attached)

Has there been some change regarding certs from 12.1 to 12.2?
I think this may be linked to Telemetry as this is also not working.

All Jobs/Workflows are running fine, but we cannot proceed with upgrade and will have to back-out unfortunately.

We are getting ready to upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2.  Did you find out what the issue was?
