    Issue:

While trying to access Agile Designer via Datamaker, we are seeing a 'trial version' labeled on the GUI, even though we have purchased the full product. We have not experienced any limitations of the tool like we saw in our trial version.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Login to Datamaker.
    2. Click on the 'Data Design' tab in the toolbar.
    3. Choose 'Agile Designer' from the drop down menu.
    4. Enter in your user credentials to connect to the repository.
    5. Now Agile Designer is launched, but in the top left corner and bottom right corners of the window we see 'Agile Designer: [Trial Version]' listed.

    Environment:

CA Agile Requirements Designer (ARD)- Agile Designer 2.1

    Cause:

If you have already purchased Agile Designer, have applied a full ARD license, and are not seeing any limitations of the tool, then this is a cosmetic defect. This issue has been fixed in the ARD 2.2 GA release.

    Resolution:

To no longer see the 'Agile Designer: [Trial Version]' listed, we recommend upgrading to ARD 2.2. If you met the criteria in the 'Cause' section of this document, then there will be no consequences of having this 'trial version' listed on the GUI because it is just a cosmetic issue.

If you are seeing 'Trial Version' listed and are experiencing limited functionality, please open a support case since this may be a separate issue.
