Nutanix probe not populating QOS data and metrics properly in ump console

Hi Team ,
We are using Nutanix probe version nutanix_monitor v1.56hf3 to monitor nutanix envionment.We have enabled cpu,memory and storage usage pct for nutanix cluster.
For many Nutanix  Clusters are not showing Metrics in ump console when applied with help of template editor,very few of them visible.
For sometime interval QOS data is available then dotted line appears or no metrics available appears on ump console for these Cluster .
Please note alert data could be visible from nutanix probe for same cluster .
Also where QOS mereics data is not visible on those server following alert is also observed:
Alert1 :Polling interval was less than the collection time (600 <= 9079) for system DataCollector for XYZ .
Alert2:Polling interval was less than the collection time (600 <= 83104) for system DataCollector for abc.
The profile interval in all nutanix probe for all Profiles present on probes is 600 sec.

Need to know is profile interval is the cause for no metrics avialable in UMP.Also what will be the recommended interval for all profiles as we have multiple nutanix profiles on single probe.

The polling interval can be obtained from the alarm message (600 <= 83104)

Might be worth:
setting up a second instance of the probe just to monitor the nutanix cluster with the highest interval as a test to see if it could be related to the one instance of the probe being overloaded. 

using some network tools to ensure there is nothing going on at the network level slowing down the monitoring such as tracerout and wireshark.
