    Hi everyone.

    I am installing UIM 20.3 in a Centos 8 OS, but the installer indicate that isn't supporte.
    I see in the documentation that Centos 8 is supported.



    This is the error ------>

    Hi Miller,

    CentOS 8 is supported for UIM 20.3.

    We got our engineering to check after your report and here is their response pasted below... Could you check your system per their recommendation?

    CentOS 8 is supported, here's my system where it is working fine. The only difference I see is in the kernel. Is your server CentOS 8.3 or higher? Please check the below:

    To add onto Ravi's response - you may need to update the version in the /etc/redhat-release file and add (Core) to the version.  I know 2-3 instances we've had to do that.

    Hello,

    I had a similar error while running the unzipped installer. Solved it by mounting the iso file directly and running the installer from there.
