    Hi all.
I need monitoring a query with sql_response probe. We configured and all worked okay, but for any reason the configuration not work now.
With management console SQL we can connect to db instance but with the probe not.
When I test the configuration this is the error ---->

    Anyone know what happen here?

Please also check the software requirements for sql_response and the known issues section.

If you set the sql_response loglevel to 5, with logsize of 3000, and then test the connection again, it should populate the log with some helpful info on why it failed.
