What updates list of Ownership (origin) in UMP's AccountAdmin Portlet

So we added new hubs to UIM and I needed to add additional Origin(s)\Hubs to existing Accounts but so far they are still not listed in this portlet. 
I'm referring to the AccountAdmin Portlet in the UMP. This is where you create client accounts and their respective users and assign the Origins they have access to? 
What do I need to cycle for the list of Origins to update/refresh? Its not showing newly added hubs\clients:

this is done by the discovery_Server. do you have a backup in the discovery_queue?
try deactivating and activating the discovery_Server
