Nimsoft SOI SOuthBOund Integration Issue

    Hi All,

    I have followed all steps and every documents and made all the configurations to achieve the southbound integration in between SOI and Nimsoft. But it seems to be working intermittently. Sometime the alerts gets cleared and sometimes its not. Not sure why this is happening.

    SOI :- 4.2
    Nimsoft :- 8.51

    It seems to have some bug in the SOI 4.2 latest version.Can anyone confirm this.

    Need to get this sorted ASAP.
