QOS_VIRTUAL_VOLUME_UTILIZATION - No Data

Hi All,

We have CA UIM 9.02 and hp_3par 1.24 T6 probe deployed in robot for monitoring storage performance.. 

We are able to collect all QOS except "QOS_VIRTUAL_VOLUME_UTILIZATION" .. It shows blank report and at back end it is NULL value.

How to resolve this issue.

Are you able via CLI on HP see the value of The percentage of used capacity of the virtual volume?
Because if not, it will not show at the probe

raw configure > set save_command_output = true
$\Nimsoft\probes\storage\hp_3par\data
look at the *_statvv_* file 
Probe uses below columns to get utilization (if value is numeric):
Adm_Rsvd_MB, Adm_Used_MB, Snp_Rsvd_MB, Snp_Used_MB, Usr_Rsvd_MB, Usr_Used_MB
utilization = (used*100)/total;
Where total is sum of Adm_Rsvd_MB, Snp_Rsvd_MB and Usr_Rsvd_MB
and used is sum of Adm_Used_MB, Snp_Used_MB, Usr_Used_MB

I don't find column like "Adm_Rsvd_MB, Adm_Used_MB, Snp_Rsvd_MB, Snp_Used_MB, Usr_Rsvd_MB, Usr_Used_MB" in  *_statvv_* file.

CLI - what is the command to check % used capacity via CLI.

The output file is divided into sections 
--Snp-----  ------Usr---
with columns under each
 Rsvd Used

command is at the top of the file
***********************command*************************
statvv -iter 1!@!showvv -s

If need be open a case and provide probe folder for dev to evaluate.

yes, yesterday.
since it is not my case, the update was done as internal only and it is the responsibility of the case owner to update you.
two KBs were written in regards to this and both attached and available at the case Knowledge section.

based on the data you provided:
an unsupported device model is being monitored
the device fails to provide all the data needed to make the calculation
an Idea can be posted under Ideation section to request certification.
