    Hi Community,

When we tried to create a report from a group, the result was little bit different than we expected. The 'System Name' field is showing alias of it server and not the robot name. Now the problem is we changed our server alias to it services name (for example "Email Server") and it make us confuse to recognized which server it is because we have a lot of robot that has same aliases.

I wonder if there is any solution for this? Do I have to query it manually?

    Please check the attachment.

    Thank you.

    Hi ,

One option is using unique alias names for the servers so can identify this in the report

So, there are no other options besides changing the alias names?

I knew this option will work, but it means we need to change the whole servers.

What about the SQL Query option?

Is that a built in out of the box report or custom?
If built in, how is it accessed?

Yes, that is an out of the box report.
You can access it in USM portlet, select the group and click 'Report' button.

OK see what you mean, and it is a good point, for me too 'system name' should equal the Details tab 'name' and it is 'alias'. Further more, can't find any way in the front or back end to change it.

    Options:
Open an Idea requesting the ability to set it for either
use the Operator Console reports which are showing the Top whatever and are quick and easy covering most everything.
    use the Unified Dashboards
create your own either via dashboard designer, list designer, or cabi ad hoc.
