are you testing as root?
that is always the first way to test.
the next is to SSH into the systems and run the command manually.

i have added quite a few old version OS like solaris8 and solaris9 and it is working properly but now i tried adding one solaris9 server not able to add this server
i have added logs while trying to access via admin and also via sudo access please have a look

So the RSP probe is a little different the most probes.
It is NOT supported on anything other than what is tested on.
It has the ability to make SOME changes like this one but is not fully supported until it is tested and certified by DEV and QA.
So officially it is not supported on systems that do not have robot support.
Is there a chance that it will work with older OS's and new OS's, Sure, but if for some reason on a none supported system dev will not get involved until that OS has been certified.

just one query though does support not not know that rsp can support the new and old OS because i opened a case for the same and was told that there is a generic support for all the probe so if the os is not supported by robot then it will not be supported by any probe
