We have integrated ServiceNow(Rome) with CA UIM 20.3 and tickets are creating in ServiceNow for alarms but how can we **** Incidents irrespective of application or OS. for example, we have windows operating system and on top of it we have installed MS SQL. The alarm is generated from the sqlserver probe. Hence, we have twi teams irrespective of OS and applications but the ticket should be raised for SQL DB team. How can we achieve this case. Please kindly suggest.
