I can't find the product name which contains "Unified", maybe my account is having a problem see the attached snapshot. I will open a case with support.
But your instruction I once follow them while I was downloading UIM Version 9.2.0.
Quick question am I suppose to find UR installation software in the same file as UIM and UMP server?
If yes, then the is a problem because I can't find it there see on the attached snapshot, I only see UIM, UMP, and uimserverpackages. I have both files UIM multiplatform and on-premise software.

Go to support.broadcom.com->Enterprise Software->Product Downloads->
Type in->Unified, and click on the "Unified Infrastructure Management," link
Go to the 2nd page where you see-> "DX Infrastructure Management MULTI-PLATFORM"
Select 9.20 from the dropdown box selection.
Choose "Add to Cart"
Go to the top of the page and select the Cart
Click "Checkout"
Click on/Choose your preferred Download option.
Unified Reporter is included in the package.
