Upgrade to UIM/OC 20.3 (from UIM 9.20)

Hello,

After the upgrade to UIM/OC 20.3, I can't log in to OC with any other users than 'administrator'.
I did create other users in the previous version v9.20 for each client.

Did someone know what am I missing here ?

The users should have been retained. How were the users added?

Different users were added and created in UMP 9.20 for different clients

All users and customization created in the backend Liferay server are gone along with Liferay.

You've said that all users should have been retained 3 days ago but now, you state that users are gone along with Liferay.
Please clarify what happens to the users created in v9.2.0

The underlying tables that held the users information (accounts and contacts) are still there and continue to be used by OC - the new account administration portlet (the same you got with the UMP portlet) still exists and maintains the management of these users.

In upgrading from 20.10 to 20.30 you should not have lost any users - either bus or account/contact.

After installing the patch 20.3.1, I can see the Accounts and the users under each account in OC. However, when trying to log in with any of those users, none of them works !!
