the first thing I would suggest is to update to the latest version of the sdgtw probe.

What verison of NAS?
What Service desk are you integrating with and what version?
what do your sdgtw loglevel 5 logs say when this is happening?
What NAS AO profiles do you have set up to create tickets?
Do you have more than one that might be causing a problem?

I am explaining the problems here :
We have sdgtw 2.1 integrated with UIM 9.0.2 in our Production environment.
1.)We have clearly got second incident generated eventhough first incident did not clear. The alarm is still there in UIM alarm console but incident is being created again and again for the same alarm - This is the problem and this occured when there is recycling of nimbus service.
2.) One more problem is like whenever there is recycle/restart of nimbus service we are seeing multiple incidents getting created - why is this?
