  • 1.  Auditing enabled on robot but audit probe on primary still shows them off

    I've created a package to turn on auditing on the hubs and robots but the audit probe on the primary still shows them off.  Audit is passed through queues.  How do I fix this?

    Hi Keith,

    Did you package deployment not work or are you not passing the audit subjects in your queues to get the your data_engine (PHub) then Audit DB? These may help.

    The package turns them on at the robot level but when I look in the auditing probe, it shows them off

    HI Keith,

    Are the robots listed in the audit probe and you are unable to enable? Do you see audit events in the probe/Status Window on primary Hub Audit queue? Are any robots on any hubs working? 
    Verify audit override :off is not set on your hubs. General>Settings>General.
