I had not realised interface_traffic probe was no longer supported, can anyone tell me what has replaced it for monitoring ports on a switch please?

The replacement is the "snmpcollector" probe.

Thank you, I have downloaded and in the process of  configuring, one other question I want to monitor port up and alarm if it is down which was easy in interface_traffic, if I go to 'Interface' in the profile for one of the devices I am configuring where do I define the ports I want to alarm if they go down? I can see the ifOperStatus listed against each port set up alerting for port going offline (or changing to a status other than 1).

I recommend using templates whenever possible when working with the snmpcollector probe.
