Unable to get the CDM metrices in Operator console after upgrading to 20.3

Hi All,

After upgrading to the latest version 20.3. We are now unable to get the QOS data in the Operator console for some of the servers. The data is showing in Dr.Nibus and Database. But we didn't see the CDM probe for the server and showing no metric.




Please suggest us is there any way to get the data.

Can you please specify what 20.3.3 HF1 patches will be work on the issue. As we deploy the ump_operatorconsole-2.1.0-HF2 but it wouldn't solve the issue.

Hello Gayathri, this should be the one to resolve this:

Hotfix: ump_operatorconsole_2.10_HF2.zip
Release Date: 23 Apr 2021
Applicable for: UIM 20.3.3

This hotfix addresses the following:

DE497695 : 32614886 - Golden Metrics - Availability and Reachability metrics are missing in Device Details of OperatorConsole
