  • 1.  Infromix Instance not collecting data

    Hi

    I have a problema with one informix instance monitored, this informix instance is UP from informix server, but UIM shows the instance there is not data for all metrics.

    on the informix probe log we see this message

    Hi Davidms,

    I do not think that is an error. Maybe give it some time. It is just saying the your heartbeat started at 1595884189,(Monday, July 27, 2020 9:09:49pm:Unix Timestamp conversion). Do not see any problems from the log. Maybe increase the debug value.
