  • 1.  Missing SLA's after upgrade to 20.3.1

Has anyone else found SLA reports to be missing after upgrading to 20.3.1?

Most of the 2020 reports are not showing in the history in the SLM.

Also, I don't appear to be able to open historic SLA reports to view and save them?

I've also tried recalculating the report for last month (recreating missing data) and it shows it running in the sla_engine log, but still doesn't appear in the history..

    Hi David,

We are also experiencing the same thing, last night we were able to download the SLA report for the month of Jan-Feb 2021, but today , all those SLA reports are now missing from OC?

I'm having a nightmare getting the new SLM to work properly.

I've just patched with the latest HF and it's still not exporting to PDF or showing any SLA reports I recreate.  I can see them been recreated in the log, but nothing shows in the history.

I am also unable to open any of the historic SLA reports showing in the history???

Has anyone got this feature working?

I think the short answer is "no". SLAs are pretty broken in 20.3.2, even with the SLM hotfix. Scheduling is just gone, PDF exports work only sometimes for me, and history is broken a few different ways based on what I see. Multiple fixes are expected in 20.3.3, but I'm not expecting everything to be perfect even then.
