20.1 has licensing disabled and is supported until Sep. of 2021.
So the remaining criteria is the support maintenance contract.
As Gregg mentioned that can be checked with your account manager.

Licensing was removed from UIM, and perpetual licenses were provided for those using older versions. This has nothing to do with getting support, and the ability to get support is based on two things: 1 is there an active support contract 2 is the version still supported.

That is a draw back of the new license. You'll have to check with your sales rep. Unless someone knows a different way to check without a license files now.

Now the license of UIM is showing Perpetual. But How about the support? How could I know when my support will expired or it will not expire either. Please advise.
