UIIM to SNOW sending all alarms to SNOW snmpgtw replacement to use REST/JSON?

So we are looking to integrate UIM and SNOW Service Management and instead of using the snmpgtw probe, is there a newer way to send alarm(s) to SNOW using a rest related probe to send alarm info in a JSON format?

Is SNOW the same as SerivceNow?
If so look at the sdgtw probe for full two-way integration.
or the only other possible options would be the new messagegtw probe. this is a one way only setup.

Is there another method to send UIM alerts in a json package format to SNOW? 

The snmpgtw probe doesn't work the right way. I have case: 20074877 snmpgtw probe not sending same nimid for same alert each time has a defect in which the clear alarm for an alert, the snmpgtw probe sends a different alarm ID and different probe ID (nas) so the the clear alarm never associates to the alert on the SNOW side. 

I was speaking with Vinh Tran from SNOW he mentioned that ca was working on a json package delivery system or a probe a few years ago. Is there anything that we can use to send alarm data over to SNOW instead of the old snmpgtw probe?

It looks like we need to use the messagegtw probe.

Anyone have any experience using this probe. We have it configured but its not picking up any alarm messages if the queues its listening to just subscribes to "Subject (attach queues) - Enter the subject probe_messagegtw"

This doesn't seem right...

I think the intention is that you use a NAS Auto-Operator profile to determine which messages should be send to messagegtw probe, with "REPOST" as the action.  This allows you to choose a custom subject for reposting the message (e.g. probe_messagegtw).
