  • 1.  sdgtw - Group Assignment Based on Alarm , Host Name

    Dear All,

    We have CA UIM 8.51 and sdgtw 2.1.. We have cloned CA Service Desk profile, for auto assignment of ticket to groups based on alarm message and host name, but all the tickets are assigned to group where default service desk profile was mapped.
