All Portlets show blank

    Hi All

    Facing issues where all the portlets  in UIM 9.2.0 are showing blank, tried redeploying UMP, UMP_USM and other packages.

    Redeployed WASP also ,post deleting work folder, did not helped.

    Any suggestions how to resolve this.

    Rename the wasp\work folder and the wasp\webapps\root folder

    Check loglevel  3 wasp and portal logs

    Manish,

    Do you still have problem?
    Did you tried after Gene's update, recreate the portlets and do a browser cache clean?

    In paralell regarding USM home page we have this document:

    I tried what Gene mentioned, it did not helped.

    I would recommend you to open a Support Ticket for further troubleshooting steps.

    You could try re-running the UMP installer to see if it repairs the install.

    Hi Steve

    I ran 9.0.2 and then 9.2.0 it did not worked, post that rerun in a different directory it worked but after another 02 days currently facing the same issue.

    All portlets render a blank page? Even when logged in as administrator?

    You're also saying that you can run the UMP installation and repair it, but after 2 days the same issue returns?

    That's very odd - please make sure that all Nimsoft programs on the UIM and UMP robots are excluded from AV/scanning (if that hasn't been done already).
