Seems most likely that something happened at the system with cdm. If cdm generated the qos messages by design non should be lost and all should have been processed.

We use UIM 20.1, when we use UMP to check the CPU usage trend. it seems it missed some data about 10 minutes. and it happened again in other 10 minutes. this Happened on CDM probe. any idea what happened?
