Blank CI in CA Service Desk Incident

    Hi,

    We have CA UIM 8.51 and CA SDM 17.1 in our production system integrated.. We are able to get CI for few incidents - where alerts are coming from CA UIM.. but for few incidents configuration items are blank that alerts generated from CA UIM.

    I am using GRLoader to import CI's into CA Service Desk MDB.
