The mpse probe should only be installed on the Primary hub.  Having this probe installed and activated on all hubs in the UIM environment may be causing the MONS-002 error when attempting to configure probes on remote hubs. Maybe this is the case...

    HI Stephen,

But we have mpse probe installed only on primary hub itself and still we are facing this issue .

Can you let us know what could be the root cause for this error then ?

    Regards
    AMar

    Hi ,

What probe are you trying to open in AC
Are you getting error for all probes or any particular probe / robot
Do you get this error for opening AC for probe/ robot on Primary hub or remote hub

    Hi Amar,
Did you deploy the PPM probe to the hub that this robot is on?
If this is the primary hub did you deploy the ppm probe to the primary hub?

if my understanding is correct the flow is:
system running browser > primary hub > to hub with robot > to probe > back again
from a general perspective start with a restart of the primary hub
if that doesn't get it working:
ensure the same version of ppm is deployed to each hub.
    at each hub involved
turn up ppm log level and size
    deactivate activate
    reproduce the problem
    check each ppm log
