High memory utilisation- nimbus

Dear Team 

We have recently upgraded from 8.47 to 9.02 and applied latest fixes . We found that in one of the SNMP collector hubs memory is high at 70% and above . Memory is high with nimbus process. We have applied the 7.97 HF7 robot update and 7.97 HF6 hub 

This started after upgrading to latest fix 7.97 HF7 robot update and 7.97 HF6 hub 

Any advice on this . At this moment of time we cannot upgrade to 9.20

What is the OS full version and snmpcollector probe version?

Hi Alex , 
Snmpcollector version is 3.443 .We tried to upgrade to 4.03 but it didn't work and probe couldn't load properly  and support is working on this.
OS - RHEL 7.4 
Total memory - 16GB 
xmx- 8GB and xms - 4gb

Try the upgrade via Admin Console. I had a case like this and that worked but the upgrade via IM did not post-upgrade.

Looks like a memory leak in robot 7.97HF7 ...we have downgraded it to HF6 ...we are observing it now

Those are normal messages. At least I see them all the time without them correlating to an actual issue.

Spoke to Development ,they suggested to downgrade to Robot_update 7.97 HF6
