    Hello Everyone,
Is there any way to know if any of the particular alert has sent out the email.Any table that has the email information like to whom it was sent for a particular alert?

No, there is no table mantained by the nas or emailgtw probes.

I guess one option is to grab this information from the emailgtw.log. Increase the loglevel (perhaps 2) and have a look on the messages. If you need this information for a report you can grab this out with the logmon probe.
Another option is a custom probe that listens to the message bus and subscribes all EMAIL messages.

alarms can be emailed direct via nas or as Olaf points out, emailgtw.
So a good first step is to figure out how it is being done, and then you check nas show historical alarms and logs for either probe. However logging is dependent upon the log level set.
Regardless of the method used uim side, it is a good idea to check at the email server to see if there is a record of emails processed.

One other question to ask yourself is how you would manually check if an email was sent.

Just because emailgw put a line of text in it's log file doesn't mean the email was sent. Or does it?

Just because your SMTP gateway said it relayed the email doesn't mean it was sent. Or does it?

    Etc.

If you are looking for a log of actions, you can right click on the AO that requested the email to be sent and choose "View Activity". At least that will tell you if the activity was attempted which is probably what you are really after.
