CDM probe not visible in InfrastructureManager

Hi Team,

I am unable to see the CDM probe in one of the Linux system. Its showing nothing in IM whereas other probes logmon etc is visible. Please let me know the way to find out the issue here.

What is the full linux version?
Did you check if in the probe folder was created?
Are you able to see via adminconsole?

And you can just redeploy the base CDM package - it will not overwrite any changes you have made to the existing configuration. The occasional odd behavior is your single best indication that DX IM is working as expected.

still not working
set controller for log level 3 & log size 20000
if already set for that restart the nimsoft service
deploy cdm again and check the controller log
check the $\Nimsoft\probes\system\cdm folder to see if it has all the files it should

I have tried to redeploy the same package multiple times but the probe didn't appeared. Is there any other version of the package I can go for?

The CDM package which i am deploying is 6​.30

The version is SUSE linux Enterprise server 12 SP3

yes i am able to see the CDM folder but under that other subfolder is available i.e locales.

No i am not able see it

Hi ,

What version of robot are you running .Robot version might not be compatible with SLES 12 sp3 since support came out later

Deploy latest robot_update  and try cdm again or else uninstall /reinstall  latest robot and then try again

Thanks for your suggestion. The updated robot package 7.93 worked. Now i am able to see the probe.
