Hub User_tags query

Hi all,

Has anyone noticed that user_tags are not attached to alerts that are generated from Hubs?

For example, I'm using CDM 6.30 on a UIM installation of 8.5.1, with a controller version of 7.93.

If I generate an alert from CDM it doesn't have the user_tag2 attached to it...

We use user_tags to automatically assign tickets to the correct teams in our ticketing system, and it's been noticed that any alerts generated from Hubs are not auto assigning.  

Just wondered if anyone else has noticed this or has been supplied a fix?

hubs now operate a little differently than robots.

Hi Gene,

Just looked at my hub.cfg and there isn't a setup section.  Is the article referring to <hub> </hub> section?
