Given that you have the same issue with multiple browsers and you are using https it may be a matter of "trust".
Are you accessing the OC directly or via a loadbalancer/revproxy?
do you have self-signed certs or proper company or public certificate authority, root certs?
does the home page display OK and it is only CABI based pages that have the problem?
If you open cabi interface directly do you get a warning of an untrusted cert, which you accept and then the cabi login page appears?
I assume that accessing the CABI directly allows you to login and see the UIM reports from the library with data in them.

What browser you are using? There is compatibility issue with latest version of chrome (93.0.4577.82). Can you try it on other browsers like firefox or Microsoft edge. if still issue persists, redeploy the uim_unified_reporter and uim_core_dashboard pack.
