    Hi Miller,

What browser you are using? There is compatibility issue with latest version of chrome (93.0.4577.82). Can you try it on other browsers like firefox or Microsoft edge. if still issue persists, redeploy the uim_unified_reporter and uim_core_dashboard pack.

Hi Eshwar, I tested with firefox and chrome and since the problem was the same, I posted in the community to see if it had happened to someone.

If the installation is all right, it should work on https

Given that you have the same issue with multiple browsers and you are using https it may be a matter of "trust".

Are you accessing the OC directly or via a loadbalancer/revproxy?
do you have self-signed certs or proper company or public certificate authority,  root certs?
does the home page display OK and it is only CABI based pages that have the problem?
If you open cabi interface directly do you get a warning of an untrusted cert, which you accept and then the cabi login page appears?

I assume that accessing the CABI directly allows you to login and see the UIM reports from the library with data in them.

    Hi Miller,

We had same issue recently and we redeployed the packages it was solved the issue. I hope you have configured data engine path in cabi wasp configuration section. If still the issue persist uninstall and reinstall the cabi.

Ey... my friends, thans to all for the recomendations.
The OC isn't https, only is http.

The "Data Access Error" was solvented deployed  uim_unified_reporter and uim_core_dashboard pack like as Eshwar K suggested.

Now the problem is that the reports are in "0" and Healt report for example not appear...
I deployed aditionally uim_cabi_report_pack, uim_cabi_mcs_dashboards_pack, uim_cabi_vmware_dashboards_pack, but not work... Any suggestion? Thanks again.

    These are all packages installed

    Hi Miller,

one quick question, What database is used to install UIM?

If you are using mysql for CA UIM database, change the following default settings for your MySQL database

    • Set max_allowed_packet=500M
    • Set innodb_log_file_size=356M
    • Set table_definition_cache=2000

You just need to make the changes, restart mysql, then redeploy the packs.

    Hi Miller,

Check the below path whether the packages were installed or not. If packages were not installed then redeploy the packages. Still issue persists uninstall and reinstall the CABI probe.

    /nimsoft/probes/service/cabi/content/installed

Partners... I solved the problem in this way.

Unninstall CABI with this link ----> https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/97227/how-to-uninstall-and-then-reinstall-cabi.html

It is very important to be aware:

    1) The wasp of the cabi server, must have the key * data_engine = /server_domain/server_hub/server/ data_engine *
    2) The key * cabi_url = https://domain.com:443/cabijs/* must exist in the CABI probe
    3) The key * cabi = /server_domain/server_hub/srvvmspcabi/cabi * is configured in the wasp of the OC.
    4) When installation problems occur in CABI, possible solutions are:

If you have problems installing CABI, this link can help you. I solved part of my problem with Option # 1
    https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=201551

If cannot see any report, this KB can help you ----> https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=208536

After all of the above, when clicking on a report, the CABI login Page appears. This link for an idea of how to solve ---->  https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/223625

Now I resolved the issue complete, this way... Configurar https en OC y CABI, al parecer los navegadores han incrementado sus niveles de seguridad y para tolerar esto la mejos solucion es ir co https.

I hope that all this can help whoever needs it ... Greetings!
