    Hello everyone

We have recently had some issues with generating some reports, however. Reviewing some articles I found a way to solve the problem and this article:

USM Trend report reportscheduler portlet error-> UNABLE TO GENERATE REPORT!
    Broadcom remove preview
USM Trend report reportscheduler portlet error-> UNABLE TO GENERATE REPORT!
reportscheduler portlet generates an error Excerpt from the error log: Started job at scheduled time on Monday, August 19, 2019 at 10:04:36 AM. Generating Analysis Report "TestReport1" containing data from Sunday, August 18, 2019 at 10:04:36 AM to Monday, August 19, 2019 at 10:04:36 AM. UNABLE TO GENERATE REPORT!

Currently in the production environment we have the following versions:

    Unified Reporter: 9.0.2.427

    Ump Version: 9.0.3

    UIM Version:
    9.0.2

Data Base: SQL Server 2014 Standart Edition SP2

When executing the troubleshooting, I will not be generating problems in the versions, and this in turn will generate an additional failure since we would be touching the versions of the jar libraries ...

Could someone help me with that ??

    Thanks Team

"We have recently had some issues with generating some reports"
Does that mean some reports work and only certain reports don't?

In your case is the content of the error the same?
The following error occurred : net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException...

State this in a different way since it is unclear what it means:
"I will not be generating problems in the versions, and this in turn will generate an additional failure since we would be touching the versions of the jar libraries"
