UIM & Single Process Usage

Does UIM show how much RAM and CPU a single process or windows service is using?  I know it shows you the overall usage for all processes or services but am curious if you can focus on a single process's historical usage.

This is done in the Processes probe, in the QOS tab. Ntservices doesn't have QOS, so you need to see what process is launched by the service.

Yes.
As Pat said processes probe. Deploy it, status tab, r-click on specific process

and then in QoS tab check off what you want to monitor.
