    Hi all,

I am trying to configure SDGTW to connect to SNOW via proxy. It was suggested to set proxy directly in NIM, according:

    https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/normalized-integration-management-for-service-management-/3-2/getting-started/customize-ca-nim-sm-and-service-desk-product-field-mappings.html

I need help with finding the host and port, used to connect to NIM UI.

    Thanks in advance!

    Regards,

    Daniel -

The NIM API is built into the sdtgtw probe.  You do not need to configure the proxy settings in this API.

You should be able to configure the proxy server in the ServiceNow connection profile that you would have to create to connect to the ServiceNow service desk application you want to use:

sdgtw probe's ServiceNow connection profile configuration page

    Hi Kathy,

Thank you for reply. Tried that at first, but probe can't connect via proxy. We suspect that for some reason proxy config is not getting to NIM and that's why I would like to try setting up there directly.

    Thank you for your support!
