Hi Dear Community

I am trying to create a dashboard on CABI, I know that the process is Create a Domain --> Ad Hoc View ---> Report and finally Dashboard.

I created the Domain
I created the Ad Hoc View
The next step it's create Report, but for some reason when I try to create, only just stays waiting...

does anyone know what happens?

Hello,

A domain should already be created for you when you deploy the required dashboard packs.
If you create one from scratch you also need to define data sources.

You should look into the Jasper logs to see what's going on.

Hi Marius, when I validate the data source I saw that the IP of DB Server it's diffrent, I changed the ip and tested, but the issue it's the same. I opened a case to Support, if they come back with a solution, I will posting for the community.
