Is there anyone on here that has had [actual] experience configuring the mongodb_monitor probe and getting it to connect successfully to the db?
I'm running v2.0 of the probe and attempting to connect to no avail. The logs don't lead us to a cause of connection attempt failures. Mongo access logs don't show connection attempts. The probe is running on the same server as the mongo db. We've tried with key/trust store and without. We are about to stand up a plain vanilla server and install mongo to see what we get and go from there. But before we go to such lengths and paperwork to make all that happen, thought I'd see if anyone else ran into trouble and have real experience suggestions? I've never had issues with probes for other db's or otherwise. Just this one.
