How to access ca tec docs

Hi

I have found what I think is the answer or a solution to my current issue, but the discussion refers to a tec doc on the old CA support site
such as  https://support.ca.com/us/knowledge-base-articles.tec1153194.html

How to I "find" access these "old" documents in this new and "improved" communities site?

What is the secret code to access them, or am I looking in the wrong location!!

tried https://ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com/external/article?articleId=tec1153194 but that does not seem to lead anywhere

Hi

Some older KBS might be retired if not applicable or if related to older UIM versions
Try searching with the KB name / subject on internet if any new KB comes up or can post in community with issue faced and UIM version since resolution could be different based on UIM version

Normally below should work if article is not retired
