The revision of cdm is also important.
Regardless direct editing of the cfg in most cases is not recommended, and whenever there is a GUI option available it should be done there.
In this case network qos is available only via AC & MCS.
If it is not showing up then as Gene is indicating it could be an OS that doesn't support it, which is detailed at the probe metrics page.

It should be configured via the Admin Console.

Subject: add CDM QOS for network and disk metrics
Hi team,
I was checking the CDM QOS and need to add below QOS in the cdm.cfg but I am not getting anything after adding below QOS. Where to add them?
CDM Network metric |
QOS_INBOUND_ERRORS_PERC |
QOS_OUTBOUND_ERRORS_PERC |
QOS_INBOUND_DISCARDS_PERC |
QOS_OUTBOUND_DISCARDS_PERC |
QOS_INBOUND_UTILIZATION_PERC |
QOS_OUTBOUND_UTILIZATION_PERC |
|
CDM Disk metric |
QOS_DISK_READ_THROUGHPUT |
QOS_DISK_WRITE_THROUGHPUT |
QOS_DISK_TOTAL_THROUGHPUT |
QOS_DISK_LATENCY |
QOS_DISK_READ_LATENCY |
QOS_DISK_WRITE_LATENCY |
I have added the below QOS using AC configuration.
QOS_NETWORK_INBOUND_TRAFFIC |
QOS_NETWORK_OUTBOUND_TRAFFIC |
QOS_NETWORK_AGGREGATED_TRAFFIC |
