Hi Etienne,
Where are they failing? The Storefront? Remember, the XD probe only monitors the DC. So the login happens before that, if I remember, so the DC will never see it. If the login fail is happening at the Desktop, that isn't recorded by Citrix, I don't believe. That will be in AD logs and the Desktop logs.
So the question is, how to you troubleshoot it? Where do you see the data to know users are failing to login? Find that, can you can use probes like logmon or if in a db a sql_response or jdbc_respone probe.
Thing to consider, if there is data and you can get to it there is a probe to monitor it. Might not be an out of box like the xendesktop probe, hence why we have logmon and other probes that you can program to ask a system to provide the data you are looking for.

Subject: Citrix monitoring on failed logins
Hi,
Is there a proper way to monitor failed log in actions on a Citrix enviroment?
We are using the XENserver and XENdesktop Probe, but are unable to monitor on failed logins.
Thanks.
Regards,
E10.
