UMP not show Data store QoS data

Hi,  I have a weird issue on my UMP performance report.  I enable all QoS for DS_FREE_DISK on each datastore. But when I tried to highlight them the host name is empty. But only happen on 2 HUBs. I checked the setting, VMware probe version, VMware probe version, all same as others. not sure how to fix it. is there anything I missed?  Please advise.

Do you have a screenshot of the working and none working you can share?
I am unclear what you are saying is not working for you.

I uploaded 2 screen shot,  1 is good one. you can see the vcenter name in the host field.  2 when you highlight the datastore,  no vcenter shows in the host filed.

so first is to use Dr nimbus to check and see if the QOS message you are missing are making it to the primary hub.
then check the data_engine loglevel 3 logs to see if they are being inserted into the database..
It does not look like the data is making it into the database for some reason.

run Dr nimbus on the secondary  HUB?

you can run Dr nimbus from the location you have IM installed.
There is a drop-down to point to the hub you want so you can point it to the secondary hub first.
check for the messages then change it to point to the primary,

Or you could just start at the primary.

When I open Drnimbus, ask for Nimsoft login. I tried my nimsoft supoort portal account and my UIM administrator, all failed. what user name and PW it asked for?

open up and login to Infrastructure manager first. Leave it open then open Dr nimbus and it will use the login from IM to connect.

I can see the DS _disk_free QoS is  in the sniffer information list. it means the QoS is captured, right?

that means the cdm probe is collecting and sending it.
Compare a working message to a none working message make sure they look the same other than the drive
the move to the primary hub and check there.
if you see it make it to the primary hub then check the data-engine logs for errors on this entry.

Which UIM version are you running? I noticed i have the same problem on 20.1. yet to log a case with support.
But when i query the data from my MSSQL database, i can see all the data and generate report using CABI.

the affected metrics are coming from CDM probe.

Have you tried querying the data in the SQL database? That would help differentiate between an issue saving the data and an issue finding the data in the UMP. If you've seen the data flowing through the hubs via DrNimBUS, that makes it a bit more likely the data is in the database and the issue is with the reporting.

First thing to check would be the S_QOS_DATA table, using the source and target you see in DrNimBUS.

If you see an entry there, then you have to build a query to get recent data from one of the RN_QOS_DATA_* tables using the table_id. Both of those details would come from the S_QOS_DATA table.
