Upgrade Order for UIM

Hi Team

Can you please share the order in which upgrade should be done and how it is done. This upgrade is from 8.5 to 9.2

Env- Primary Hub and secondary Hub in HA ( using HA probe )
        UMP1 and UMP2  in HA 
        Collector 1 and collector 2  in HA 
 
Also if some one can share what would be the best way to reduce the data loss as there are 500 robots

Do the upgrade from 8.5X to 9.02 for the primary and then the ump1 and2 and make sure that is working.
then do the update to 9.20.

Next, update your HA hub to the same versions as the primary.

If you want to keep all your hubs at the same version then you can move on to your collectors.

There should be no loss of data during the upgrade.
