A few moments ago my Windows Server 2012 R2 automatically restarted. When trying to lift the IM, I throw these probe in stop:

I check my MYSQL 56 database that is running, but it is paused

can you support me please? I will thank you very much.

    Regards.

Contact your dba to get you database back up and running and the restart the primary hub robot service.

The probes are all down because your data_engine can not connect to the database  because  it is paused

Troubleshoot the problem starting the MySQL Server then restart the primary hub robot

    The following documents may help:

    Thanks for your comments.

@Kab Lyo Kim, check the links you provided me, no difference was found in the files that are in production.

@Gene Howard, he tried to lift the service by forcing it from services and yet I don't get up.

It is concluded that for the amount of data that handles 50GB approx, it will be allowed to lift on its own. Which restarts the server and after approximately 3 hours I raise the Mysql service, the main hub is restarted and all the probes are changed to green.

As a reference is the time it takes to make monthly backups with the configuration on the data_engine probe of 15 days raw data and 180 days historic data

I hope this is a normal database condition with the IM.

I remain attentive to your observations.

    regards

I am glad to hear you have it working.
there is no normal for the amount of data.
this will be unique to each client.
You can check the below KB article to make sure old data is being deleted.
