Alarm filters have been enhanced, and more features are coming.
liferay and portlets are gone so that whole thing is no longer an option, but here too more work is being done to add features.
Still around five months left till 20.1 is EOS, so you can continue waiting till upgrading.
Currently and likely in the future it will be a two step upgrade, 20.1 > 20.3.0 > whatever.

Hi community. We have many doubts with the last version of UIM.
1) Is the option to create alarm filters in USM. This is not available in 20.3.3?
2) For an MSP, the ability to create portal views allowed us to provide each customer with personalized access, look and feel. This is not available in 20.3.3?
3) Creating pages and adding portlets is also used a lot to put a client a complete visual of their monitored system. This is not available in 20.3.3?
