According to the "Disk Metrics" section of the
nutanix_monitor Metrics techdoc, the probe is currently designed to only monitor specific physical disks in the environment and not filesystems.
The VM_GUEST_DISK metrics collected by the vmware probe are monitoring filesystems and not physical disks.
The current design of the nutanix probe will not allow you to monitor VM filesystems. My recommendation would be to enter this as a feature request on this Community site if you would like Product Management to consider this in a future release of this probe:

Subject: filesystem monitoring for Nutanix VM's
Hi Team ,
We are using Nutanix probe 1.56hf3, to monitor Nutanix cluster and Nutanix VM's.
But in the nutanix probe the filesystems of respective VMs are not discovered for example for LINUX systems we have /var,/opt filesystem.
I know these are autodiscovered in vmware probe , but as we are already using nutanix probe for nutanix environment how could this be achieved.
What we can see is respective total disk and capacity metrics.
Is there a way we can discover filesystem of these VM's and configure them under monitoring.Kindly suggest.
Thanks
Aditi
