    Hello to all of you,

I know this has been discussed before, and before coming to make the case, we have applied each of the recommendations you have suggested in previous discussions.

We had installed the cabi probe v4.20 successfully on UIM v20.1

    The scenario is as follows:
    • UMP Server in the primary hub-robot
    • CABI robot (wasp and cabi probes)

On the UMP and CABI wasp in the "setup" area we add or update the following keys
    • cabi = /<domain>/<primary hub name>/<cabi robot name>/cabi

On the CABI cabi in the "setup" area we add or update the following key
      • cabi_url = <protocol>:\\<address to be used>:<port>\cabijs

Both, UMP and CABI have the same protocol, HTTP.

But, we cannot see the CABI Dashboards on the UMP or OC. From CABI they work perfectly.

      We re-deploy de ump_cabi.
We did applied the recommendations given is this discussion:
      https://community.broadcom.com/enterprisesoftware/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MessageKey=4d2d4c80-d6b9-4707-bbe4-d30cc693af9f&CommunityKey=170eb4e5-a593-4af2-ad1d-f7655e31513b&tab=digestviewer#bm4d2d4c80-d6b9-4707-bbe4-d30cc693af9f

From the CABI portlet on the UMP is possible see the cabi url in the Preferences page.

We don't know if there is something we are missing or ignoring. I understand that the visualization in the UMP is not relevant because of the UIM v20.3, but we need to visualize it, as well as in the OC.

At least for me this can be tough to track down.
if not done already restart the cabi robot
      check the logs
      $\Nimsoft\probes\service\cabi
      $\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\cabijs\WEB-INF\logs\jasperserver.log.*
at least for me redeploying the dashboards has not helped but still worth a try.
Check to see if the dashboards are at cabi server.
cabi robot <ip address>/cabijs > view > repository and then

Doubt this is causing it but since it is coming up a lot recently worth mentioning:
CABI Summary dashboard does not work in Chrome (UIM 9.20)

If you followed the standard instructions to delete and reinstall cabi, the default dashboards will not get installed.

You need to deploy the cabi dashboard packages again - and make sure to deploy them to the robot where the cabi probe is, not the ump robot.

Also we see problems with the wasp caching the cabi dashboards so we not only check the files exist as David did but also open the UIM summary dashboard as the CABI superuser under library and pick the UIM summary dashboard.

Also the user timeout is quite short (about 10-15minutes) so make sure you are getting this "data access error" directly after login as you also get the same error if the user has timed out.

Then check the UMP wasp log to see that the user you are logging in as has "Operator Console Basic" privilege which many not have been applied (even for "new" installs of cabi)

Looking at you original config UMP is on primary hub and CABI is seperate robot.

Did you remember to setup the cryptkey definition on the CABI robot?  the UMP on primary already has it defined.
