    Hi,

I have installed the Robot using Command prompt and I can see the robot is reporting to the hub but only controller probe is showing up and without the version entry. When I am trying to deploy robot_update package, it is giving me error "unable to find dependency".

I have checked their is no firewall blocking the traffic between the hub and target server, Ports are also listening and ping is working.

Please suggest something how to resolve this. Current robot version which I installed is 7.80.

    Thanks,
    Sagar

usually, we see this when a robot is installed on an OS that is not supported or there is a problem with the installer.
What is the exact OS type and version?

    Hi Gene,

OS name is Windows Server 16 Standard, Server Pack 0.

However, I have resolved this by deploying the dependencies and then updating the robot. Thanks.

7.80 is not supported on Windows 2016.
